Sarmad Khalaf
Sarmad, inspired by his father, pursued a career in construction and earned a master's in Civil Engineering from UC Berkeley. He spent eight years as a senior project manager at Webcor, contributing to iconic projects like San Francisco’s Moscone Center and the Four Seasons residences in Beverly Hills and San Francisco. A respected industry leader, Sarmad is known for his problem-solving skills, commitment to quality, and ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Eddie grew up managing time and problem-solving under pressure while working on horse ranches and competing in riding. He excelled as a project manager at a high-end residential construction firm in the Bay Area, refining his design/build process. Leveraging his expertise, he founded his own company, which, through collaboration with Sarmad and Shay, became one of the Bay Area’s top general contractors.
