SARMAD KHALAF

Sarmad grew up with a father who was a general contractor. Early on Sarmad knew he was going to be a leader in the construction industry.
Sarmad has a master's degree graduate in Civil Engineering from UC Berkeley. With his extensive knowledge and expertise, he has successfully completed numerous residential and commercial projects throughout his career.
He spent eight years at Webcor, where he served as a senior project manager. During his time there, he was part of the team that built the iconic Moscone Center in San Francisco. He also oversaw the construction of several high-profile projects, including the Four Season residential building in Beverly Hills and San Francisco.
With his vast experience in both residential and commercial projects, he has become a respected leader in the construction industry. His ability to handle complicated issues has earned him a reputation as a problem solver. He is dedicated to delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring that every project is completed on time and within budget. With his exceptional skills and experience, he is a valuable asset to any project team.

Eddie learned since a young age the value of time management and ability to navigate unpredictable and unusual situations - having grown up helping around horse ranches and riding competitively since he was a child. Being able to problem solve under pressure is a valuable skill he brings every day into the construction field.
Previously, he served as a project manager and top performer at a high-end residential construction company in the Bay Area, where he honed his skills in the field, and connected the dots to refine his design/build process to be ultra effective. Armed with knowledge, he founded his own small-scale company, which - through a collaborative partnership with Sarmad and Shay - emerged as one of the top general contractors in the Bay Area.
